Preparing for the Crossfit Games
Note: each component is completed 2 to 3 hours apart
- Thruster practise 42kg, 3 sets of max effort
- Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
- Muscle up practise
