Preparing for the Crossfit Games

Note: each component is completed 2 to 3 hours apart

  1. Thruster practise 42kg, 3 sets of max effort
  2. Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
  3. Muscle up practise
