The problem with most systems of training, especially sports preparation, is an obsession with specialism: runners want to develop aerobic capacity and running economy: PowerLlifters strive for that max bench, being unconcerned with how far they can waddle ( if you can bench, who needs to walk?)
That’s why we suggest Crossfit: because you are first and foremost a human being,and you really ought to have a spread of skills that challenge all of your energy systems.
So, our new slogan will be: “Crossfit London UK: Thorough Fitness, or Fitness with Nowt taken out.”
