1. CrossFit warm-up (pull-ups, sit-ups, back extensions, dips, Sampson stretch)

2. Complete three rounds, 15-12-9 reps, for time:

  • Deadlift 225 lbs
  • Handstand Push-ups

Take nose to ground on handstand push-ups. Partition deadlift and push-up sets as needed to get through.
