Fight gone bad BBQ – Sunday 9 August 2009

Score is equal to the total over three, five minute rounds of:

  • Push press (reps)
  • Box jumps (reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high pull (reps)
  • Wall ball shots (reps)
  • Rowing (calories)

Each exercise is performed for one minute, before changing and moving to the next station. Repeat for the remaining four minutes. One minutes rest in between rounds.

Taking place at Ham Park Road, Stratford, E15 4HE from 12pm
