Preparing for the Crossfit Games

Note: each component is completed 2 to 3 hours apart

  1. Thruster practise 42kg, 3 sets of max effort
  2. Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
  3. Muscle up practise

Post times, rounds and reps to comments.

If you want to. No need if you are too busy.
