i-Course 13th September 2009

You missed a fantastic i-Course today. Make sure you get  a place on the next one!

The quality of tuition is going through the roof as an elite team of trainers, Andrew Stemler and Steven Shrago from Crossfit London (UK), Miles Key from Crossfit Hove, and Chet from FuncKey.co.uk, promiscuously share years worth of accumulated training knowledge. A surprise ring demonstration by east London Gymnast Kemi, rounded off this fantatstic day.

Some super trainees pushed themselves to the limit with some great attempts at muscle ups and  handstand push ups.

Hi all just a note to say what a great day myself and Helen had, the team and instruction where excellent and what a pleasure it was to train with such a committed group athletes look forward to seeing some of you again in London!

As I said, thanks again for a very enjoyable day. Your style of teaching combined with the stand up comedy act made the day fly by and I left feeling that I had cemented the skills I had read about in your ‘Elite Fitness Manual’. I bought the book a month or so ago and have been using it on a daily basis together with Crossfit Journal to learn and practice new techniques such as the Olympic lift variations and basic gymnastic moves. I was very pleased to get a ‘muscle up’ on my first attempt and yourself and Chet must take credit for obviously teaching it effectively.
Anyone wanting to know more about Crossfit or simply wanting a more effective and fun way to train should check this out. You wont regret it.
