With work progressing on the new Crossfit London full time centre at 9 Gales gardens, London E2 - it was time to hit the outside – let’s face it, the inside is chaos as the changing rooms are built, the pull up system installed and the mats laid.
So here we are cutting away all the brick-destroying branches sticking out of this former snooker club, and painting it white, so now it knows it’s a new place offering great stuff to nice people.
Soon this will be the hotspot for kettlebells, olympic lifting, do-able adult gymnastics and proven strength regimes that will deliver you the results you need.
