5 Front Squats ( at 80-85% 0f 1 rep max)
5 Weighted Pull ups.

We were delighted to welcome newly weds Jennifer and Michael “DL” Kerr all the way from CrossFit St. Pete in St. Petersburg, Florida. Andrew and I were a little puzzled by Michael’s choice of honeymoon activities, but who are who are we to judge?!
