CrossFit London had a fine turn-out at the Level 1 Certification at Elite 400/CrossFit Northern Ireland last weekend.
Alongside Colin Menniss (red t-shirt, ruggedly handsome), iCourse coach Joel Black (black t-shirt, fashionable hair) made an appearance.
[edit] If you look closely you will also see the imposing shape of RAF Mildenhall’s, Anthony (white t-shirt, mild gurning) just behind Colin. And CrossFit Games 2009 winner, and arguably ‘the fittest man in the world’, Miko Salo (black t-shirt, menacing frown) can be spotted on the far right of the picture.[/edit]
Joel gains extra credit for ‘representing’ CFL with the appropriate choice of t-shirt. I guess Colin and Anthony’s were in the wash…?
