WOD 17th Nov: Push Jerks & L pull-ups

Gosh this hurt, but well done all 3 evening groups who took this awful workout on the chin.

I’m admiring Trevor’s beard and general Ranulph-Fiennes-just-back-from-the-mountains air!

Great gym, lots of fun toys. All you need now is a cat.
