New class times & updates to the schedule

A quick update on some additions to the class schedule.

Our morning classes are up and running at 0630 weekdays. I am toying with the idea of running some sessions at 0730 as well, if there is interest. Please let me know in the comments below, or via email whether you would be up for this. Perhaps Monday, Wednesday and Friday?

I have also added a 1800 general CrossFit class on Mondays. In our excitement to add a Women’s only session and our popular Absolute Beginners sessions, we overlooked the need for a general class.

Obviously we’d love to hear any feedback you have for us on our class schedule, content of the sessions themselves, our dress sense and so on. Pop your thoughts in the comments or contact us directly.

Does anyone think that having women’s class and beginners class on the same day might cause a problem down the line?

Advantage: easy to graduate from Monday beginners to Monday women.
Disadvantage: possible that you’ll be turning men away on Mondays if things go well.

I noticed that monday 1800 class at the weekend, but none of those slots were bookable then, even going months in advance. Also, the Thurs 1930 class seems to have been removed. Was that deliberate?

Re. Mondays – this was the thinking behind putting on the 1800 session. I just checked, and the 1800 session is bookable. Let me know if you continue to have problems with it.

Re. Thursdays – in the four weeks that we have been open, no-one booked on to the 1930 class. Reasons given were something to do with boozin’. Rather than hang around an empty gym, we decided to pull the class and call it a night. That said we have been discussing a plan for the 1930 slot on Thursday…

Steven I’d be interested in something around 8.30pm to 9.30 pm on Wednesdays. If there are others out there with the same thoughts.
May even be able to bring some friends along who have been training with me in my garage .
