WOD 10th Nov: Thrusters, pull ups, and a run

Well we introduced the full block run to an agog selection of crossfitters in a workout that mutated to

15 Thrusters cleaned from the floor (30kg), 12 pull ups, block run ( approx 550m).

Full marks to Kieran as the 1st to pile through as rxd
