WOD 16th Nov: Deadlifts/Ring dips

The women only group were treated to a fun packed hour of skipping, handstand practise, a cheeky wod of 21, 15, 9 Deadlift and Ring dips, followed by L sit practise.

In the Beginners Group, Becca and Twyla graduated and are ready to storm into normal classes.
