WOD 24th Nov: Deadlift followed by Hell

In spite of the fact that I’d established that this workout was awful, I still set it

10 Thrusters
10 sumo dedalift high pulls
10 Pull ups

As many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.

It was awful, especially as it was preceded by  3 x 20 deadlifts.

Yuk.
