WOD 20th Nov: Front squat & Angie

Over the next few weeks there will be quite a focus on upping your front squat, and your press, with either a front squat or press session before each Wod.

Todays  wod of Angie

100 pull ups
100 push ups
100squats
100 sit ups

was preceded by 3 sets of 5 front squats and some muscle up practise .
