		<description>Visiting CF affiliates in London was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. Funny to learn that K2Es and MUps suck no matter where you are. ;)

Thank you Andrew and Steven for making me feel so welcome.  Your personalities are a great combo for an affiliate. I hope to be back again in the spring but will be following your posts and &quot;borrowing&quot; some of your pain prescriptions (e.g., bullfrog burp) for recommendation at my own box!

		<description>Arf, you&#039;re not the only one Kieran! My abs are fine (probably didn&#039;t have any to exercise in the first place), but my arms have taken a beating.

I haven&#039;t been able to straighten them properly since Sunday. Isometric stretching has helped, and they&#039;re almost back to normal.

I&#039;m guessing it was the ring training we did, as that&#039;s totally new to me. I&#039;ll treat them with a little more respect next time ;)</description>

It&#039;s Tuesday, so 4 days later, and I still take 10 seconds to stand up from seated.  Still cringe a second after laughing or coughing.

I&#039;m probably not the only person suffering.</description>
