WOD 11th Dec

the first of our rest days, gave the participants the choice of catching up with a missed WOD.

The group went for Bullfrog burp

The effects, well, according to Efe, its a work out that makes you steam more than training at the local leisure centre!!

Bullfrog burp
1 deadlift, 1 push up/ 2 deadlifts, 2 push ups/ 3 deadlifts, 3 push ups etc etc, for 20 mins

Why didn’t you turn it on tonight. Twas truly frosty in there.
