So we baptised them with a Box Jumps and Push up ladder, 1/1. 2/2, 3/3 etc. As many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.
then to celebrate the arrival of our first batch of Indian Clubs, we added a few circular drills to the warm up, and a few muscle up progressions at the end
