Sorry, it’s my exam week, so I’m a bit behind!
Monday’s WOD was Cindy, 5 Pull Ups, 10 press ups, 15 squats, as many times as you can in 20 minutes.
(5th January) was the Filthy 50… it was awful…
Wednesday 6th Jan , the laziness continues, well done to our merry band of beginners who look at the squat, kettlebell swing, band assisted pull ups, box jumps and burpees. And sorry to the 6.30 class for the 3 sets of 20 front squats and the pull up”fun”
