WOD 14 Jan: Tabata Something Else

Some very impressive skills work on the clean preceded everyone’s first exposure to the Tabata masterpiece that is indeed “something else”…

20 seconds work with 10 seconds of rest repeated eight times per exercise group

  • Pull-ups
  • Press-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Squats

No photos from tonight’s session, as I was too busy playing cheerleader.

Exceptional efforts from everyone (Peter, Helen, Trevor and Andrew).
