A relaxing and spiritual evening at Crossfit London. An uplifting 21 x 85kg deadlift, 500m run, 21 x knees to elbows. Then 18, then 15, then 12. Loads of Fun. Lots of substitutions available, making it a workout an Olympian and your grandma (who may also be an Olympian) could do side by side.
