WOD 26 Jan (pm): Simply hell at Crossfit London

An awful WOD. We are so, so sorry.

It seemed so easy…almost a gift.

  • run 200m
  • 20 x 24kg thrusters
  • 20 x 24kg step ups to 20 inch box
  • 15 pull ups

AMRAP 20 minutes

Ended up as this vision of hell…….. Dante eat your heart out!
