100kg Deadlift/Handstand Press ups.

Just a little note, following a meeting  I had this morning: we set upper limits for our workouts, not lower ones, so its possible for your granny to do this workout with Shopping Bag Deadlifts and wall push ups. Every move we teach can be made accessible to everyone. Thats why our beginners programme is so exciting, as it gets you training, and gets us supporting you.
