Kettlebell WOD 18 Feb: Overhead squats, snatches & pull-ups

Sally may look like butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth, but on the basis of last night’s Kettlebell WOD one thing has become abundantly clear: she’s a hard task master!

From his position laying on his back post-WOD, Pete was heard to mutter, “I thought it would be easier…”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

  • 8 left arm kettlebell snatches
  • 8 left arm kettlebell overhead squats
  • 8 pull-ups
  • 8 right arm kettlebell snatches
  • 8 right arm kettlebell overhead squats

I attended the class tonight (18/02/2010). I started the class thinking I was Gene HUNT from “Life on Mars”. Half way through the class, I begged for mercy, but Sally snarled and shouted, “it’s not supposed to be easy”, and made me carry on.

By the end of the class I was sucking my thumb and crying for my mommy!

HOWEVER BRILLIANT CLASS, YOU MUST GIVE IT A GO
