WOD 11 Jan: Rope climbs & kettlebell deadlifts

Today seemed like a good day to play with the ropes in the gym.

Oh well…

As many rounds as possible in 15mins of:

  • 3x 15′ rope climbs (or 6x 9′ rope climbs)
  • 10x kettlebell deadlifts

Terrific, gutsy performances from all. Turns out rope climbing is way less fun than it looks…

thanks for the warm welcome both yesterday and today…I enjoyed your gym very much and your keen sense of picking all my goats and packing them into one days’s wod!! one legged squats, rope climbs, muscle ups!!
