WOD 14 Feb: Valentine’s Day Squats

Anyhoo, today was back squat day, and we went HEAVY.

Today was also a CrossFit London Beginners training session. After covering some squat, press and deadlift revision we went on to nail the Sumo Deadlift High Pull and the Thruster.

And with love still in the air, our athletes got stuck into:

3 rounds for time of:

  • 30 kettlebell swings
  • 10 thrusters
