WOD 15 Feb: Hang squat clean thrusters & 500m run

What a way to start a week, run 500m, then hang squat clean, then thruster 40kg 1o times for five rounds.

Efe enjoyed the challenge…

The women only class loved it too!

25 min for me with 40 kg hang squat cleans
