WOD 20 Feb: Run, “good mornings”, knees-to-elbows

Hamstring alert!

Perhaps it didn’t look that bad on paper…perhaps everyone was thinking, “Y’know, I can probably do this one”…

‘Twas a perfect storm of hamstring burningly, core crushingly CrossFit London goodness.

You’re welcome, folks!

Five rounds for time of:

  • Block run (460m)
  • 21x Good Mornings (or stiff legged deadlifts)
  • 21x Knees-to-elbows
