WOD 4 Feb: Barbara

We all love Barbara, a sprint through 5 rounds of

20 squats
30 Push Ups
40 Sit ups
50 squats

With a 3 minute rest between each round

Preceded by Handstand practise, here Tarek struts his stuff, but upside down!

Nice photo of Sam there. Was he doing the “adapted Barbara” where you add 60 uterine contractions to each round?

Thanks mate. Actually it was a boy, 14lbs. A bit of a porker. Gonna call it Stephen.
