WOD 8 Feb: The “Alex Thigh Workout”

Cindy wall balls the wall ball so aggressively that it disappears into the upper atmosphere in a, “it doesn’t have to be fun, to be fun” Crossfit London wall balling session.

Followed by the “Alex Thigh” workout of:

  • 15 kettlebell swings
  • 10 overhead squats
  • 10 walking lunges

Lovely.

The programmed workout was 50 wall balls, run 800m x 3…. but ooooooh, it was a bit nippy so we stayed inside!

After all there is tough, and there is being stupid. If you want to pay someone to watch you run around a free to enter park, without access to a loo, a changing room or equipment to use, be my guest.
