WOD 13 Feb: Handstand push-ups & L pull-ups

A pre-Valentine’s day WOD for all those guys who have already bought lots of flowers and were free to train.

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 2o minutes

  • 7 handstand Push ups
  • 12 L Pull ups

Blame the FA Cup for forcing Chelsea to play at midday today for my absence today Andrew. On balance though, judging by how brutal the wod looked, not sorry I missed it :) . See you next week!
