…or don’t ask for WOD suggestions when Andrew has a cold/man flu.

Strict press

5-5-5

And as Mark correctly commented, “I looked at the board, saw that, and thought ‘that doesn’t look so bad’”.

Thing is, he may have neglected to read the next line, for this was followed by a WOD which could be henceforth known as ‘Stemler’s Hip Intensive Training’, or SH*T for short.

Three rounds for time

  • 30 kettlebell swings
  • 20 box jumps
  • 30 walking lunges holding a plate overhead

Ow.

Of course, cometh the hour, cometh the man. And that man was visiting CrossFitter, Brad from Texas who knocked this out in 11 minutes with a 32kg kettlebell (Americans swings, naturally), 24″ box and 15kg plate above his head. He then put his underpants on over his tights, donned a cape and flew off to fight crime….

Glad it was full when I turned up! Had a nice evening at the climbing wall though!
