- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Clean & Jerks
- 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 ‘Dead hang’ pull-ups
That means in round one, you do 10 C&Js and 1 pull-up, round two is 9 C&Js and two pull-ups, and so on.
