April i-course

With the Icelandic volcano playing havoc with some of our overseas trainees attendance plans, we still rustled up a fabulous i-course day, with another great batch of people getting on top of some basic gymnastic skills, the Olympic lifts, the snatch, the clean, kettlebells and 8 of the Crossfit fundamental moves.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone (instructors and instructees) for a thoroughly enjoyable day. I learnt a hell of a lot, found out I wasn’t as fit as I thought, my stomach, legs and lats still ache, but I loved every minute of it.

I will definitely be back for more courses.
