We had such a lot to practise, GDH sit ups, rows, wall ball, box jumps, thrusters…..hat we had time to do a mini barbara: only 3 rounds of
- 20 Pull ups
- 30 pull ups
- 40 sit ups
- 50 squats
with a 3 minute rest in between rounds.
