Tonight was a “sort of ” snatch assistance exercise night, developing skill and balance in some of the key snatch moves in our:
“Snatch Batch” work out
- 5 x overhead squat
- 5 x Snatch deadlift
- 5 x Snatch balance
As many rounds as you can in 30 minutes, but with a skill/strength focus, so lots of rest and coaching. Loads of different problems, so a great opportunity to coach and skill enhance, including, jumping too wide when receiving the snatch (pictured above)
Snatch batch, probing for collapsing knees, bent arms and lack of depth: Good Job
