As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 25 Kettlebell swings
- 20 Kettlebell thrusters
- 20 Box step-ups holding kettlebells
- 15 Push-ups
On the face of it, not too tough looking. But then it is called “The Crusher” for no reason…
