WOD 11 April: The “Crusher”

Seems that London Underground had it in for the 1000 session today by closing the line from Liverpool Street to Bethnal Green.

Nevertheless, Twyla and Rita showed up full of vim and vigour, throwing themselves into double-unders practice and three set of five overhead squats.

After that is was a small matter of dealing with a WOD which shall henceforth be known as…

The Crusher

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 25 Kettlebell swings
  • 20 Kettlebell thrusters
  • 20 Box step-ups holding kettlebells
  • 15 Push-ups

On the face of it, not too tough looking. But then it is called “The Crusher” for no reason…

WOW!!!

That’s probably the heaviest OHS compared to bodyweight I’ve seen at Crossfit London.
