Long time CrossFit Londoner, and all-round “jolly good fellow”, Efe is off to the CrossFit Level 1 Certification running at [another CrossFit gym in London] this weekend.
All at CrossFit London would like to wish Efe the very best of luck over the weekend, and look forward to welcoming him back on Monday (or maybe Tuesday) as a newly minted CrossFit Level 1 coach!
