As normal, the air was thick with PB’s
The one thing I gained was how fast the shoulders fatigue, so, if you are going for a max Press, don’t waste time doing lots of heavy warm up sets,

The one thing I gained was 2 PBs. Both an improvement of 15kgs on the last time we did Total!
