WOD 17 June: A mix up

A you can tell, I forgot the camera, which was a shame as Helen gave some “great face” tonight which was simply:

  • “lite” fran as warm up

Main WOD

  • 85 kg deadlift/ring dip, 1, then 2, then 3 AMRAP 15 minutes

Ab dabs

  • 10 knees to elbows, 10 sit ups, 10  v sits, then 9, then 8 etc ( 10 minute guillotine)
