Looking back, I would love to have done this workout with 6 work intervals (maybe 20min/6 = 3min 20s, 3min). Don’t know about other people, but I couldn’t muster any intensity for this last night, and maybe splitting it up would have helped me.
That way, I could have practiced building intensity when tired.
Oh, and where did the “19″ for the third round come from?
