WOD 7 June: Frannish (Fran’s bitchier, nastier, elder sister)

A simple work out

Thrusters/Pull ups.

It was  such fun, it made Rita throw a one armed handstand  out of joyful glee

Rita one arm handstands to tell the world that she loves Frannish

We also  explored balling up, and levers.

Looking back, I would love to have done this workout with 6 work intervals (maybe 20min/6 = 3min 20s, 3min). Don’t know about other people, but I couldn’t muster any intensity for this last night, and maybe splitting it up would have helped me.

That way, I could have practiced building intensity when tired.

Oh, and where did the “19″ for the third round come from?
