The evil “secret service snatch test” followed by…
…overhead squat & L sits.
All preceded by max pull up practise.
Friday
The thoroughly nasty:
- squat therapy, followed by
- handstand push up practise
- 1 clean, 1 push press, 2 cleans, 2 push presses etc, amrap 15 minutes..
Saturday
The equally unpleasant…er…more squat therapy?!
Followed by:
- 5 pull ups
- 10 box jumps
- 15 overhead squat
- amrap 15 minutes
It was very nice…but don’t take my word for it…here’s what some our clients thought:
All this, followed by a mix of muscle-up & lever skills.
Phew!
