WOD catch up: 17,18 & 19 June

Thursday

The evil “secret service snatch test” followed by…

Alex blasts through his snatches

…overhead squat & L sits.

All preceded by max pull up practise.

Friday

The thoroughly nasty:

  • squat therapy,  followed by
  • handstand push up practise

Kate gets a new view of life

  • 1 clean, 1 push press, 2 cleans, 2 push presses etc, amrap 15 minutes..

Saturday

The equally unpleasant…er…more squat therapy?!

The world famous wall squat

Followed by:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 box jumps
  • 15 overhead squat
  • amrap 15 minutes

It was very nice…but don’t take my word for it…here’s what some our clients thought:

All this, followed by a mix of muscle-up & lever skills.

Phew!
