A nasty, amended CrossFit warm up warmed up everyone who wasn’t already warmed up by the warmed up by the weather… phew!
Three rounds of:
- a cute 30 second Sampson stretch
- 15 overhead squats
- 15 RDL’s
- 15 leg raises
- 10 pull ups
- 10 handstand press ups
Which accounts for the old Crossfit saying: “our warm up is your workout”…
