a cute mixture of ,  find  out whats the most you can push  press over your head …….followed by Nicole

  • max pull ups

Interesting to see the crossfit No Limits website- Glad to read they too had trouble working out the tactics for this one!!
How come we don’t put up results for all to see? Any thoughts on how we’d feel about that and what we might get out or lose from doing it Crossfit London UK community?

Ultimately its an individual choice. I know some love to post and compare, equally I know it crushes others. I know some of our members avidly record their progress through their own logs, others suffer, then blot out the memory.

The facility to post results is, as it always has been, here under the comments section for those who want to.

But as much as possible ill try and link our posts with other affiliates to get comparative feedback and ideas.
