WOD 20 August: The workout with no name

Nameless work outs are alway worrying, especially when the rep ranges start at twenty, and only creep down, by which I mean

20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and especially if it involves dumbbell snatches, knees to elbows and box jumps.

So for the less imaginative of our readers you do..

20 dumbbell snatches, then, 20 knees to elbows, then 20 box jumps….

then 18 of each, then 16…… get the idea.

But before all this we had some double under practise…here are some youtube hints

this was my favourite workout….long but fun!!
