Tonight it was

Nate

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Cindy masters the transition

All this followed by some flexibility

Swung a 24kg kettlebell for the first time (well, 64 times to be precise). Woot!
