- 30 sumo deadlift high pulls (aiming for fight gone bad weight or plus a bit)
- 15 Toes to bar
- 20 kettlebell swings (weights used ranged from 8 to 25kg
x 5 rounds
All preceded by Crossfit London UK Dodge Ball… the first match,
then kipping and a bit of the Crossfit warm up.
A massive “Good Job” to you all especially kirsty who picked up her first callous rip

Ouch that really hurt both hands….
Yep it was a killer alright I’ve shagged my back doing SDHP cant bend my arms past 90 degrees after Sal’s Thursday night beasting Helens been wiping my nose ect real struggle getting a fag in my mouth but I manage!
Still feel like I’ve been hamstrung
