I had mad skills on the pole dancing. Career change coming up!
Hmmmm, still have jelly legs this morning – not ideal! Cian, you we’re worryingly good at the pole dancing moves, now if you could just point those toes ……..
Yep, I might quit Crossfit London and start at Pineapple Dance Studios. I’m sure Louie Spence will teach me how to point my toes… (And he probably has even more chat than Andrew).
ha ha, I’d love to see a head to head ‘chat-off’ between Louie and Andrew. Could be a ticketed event it would be so entertaining!
My arms are dead, my legs are dead, and I am rubbish at pole dancing. I had an inkling. For anyone wondering……this is how you do it:

the pole dancing was the only highlight of the night….. my legs are still killing me
This WOD has only caught up with me today. I’m really struggling to walk up and down stairs…
stairs are a problem for me too …. as is bending my arms
I have not been the same since!
