Thursday 2nd February (evening classes)

Warm up in kettlebell style:

15 goblet squats

10 KB snatches each side

5 TGUs each side

Strength: Front squat and throughout we have found the regression for HSPUs that will be used in the main WOD.

WOD for tonight was taken from yesterday’s CF main site as it looked quite interesting:

30 HSPUs (or regression)

40 pull ups

50 KB swings (24kg/16kg)

60 sit ups

70 burpees

cut off time 25mins

Results:

Well done everybody who came in this freezing evening and I will see you all next week!

I have lost lot of time on pull ups but burpees were the killer.
Well done guys for tonight and also Fergus for successfully completing his first main class!
