5 push ups
10 DB shoulders to overhead
15 KB swings
20 burpees
25 sit ups

What is the number signifying my DB weight exactly?
I put it down as 5kg, but I believe that you had some 7.5s too. How many rounds did you do with 7.5kg?
I did all my rounds with 7.5′s in the end
the two rounds that magically became three.. haha
